Welcome to Queen's College       

Our goal at Queen's College is to ensure that students are academically challenged and nurtured so that they are able to excel in a competitive world. This is a place where virtue and discipline are paramount. Our dedicated teachers strive to help students not only achieve high marks but also assist them to maximize their potential in the community. These principles are realized not only through academic practice but also through interactions with peers and teachers, extracurricular activities and community involvement. 
 

Queen's College offers a student-centered, nurturing environment where students, faculty and administrators come to think of each other as the “Queen's College Family”. Our extremely low student-to-teacher ratio of 5:1 allows us to provide individualized attention to students at all levels. Queen's also offers ESL programs through our ESL Extension, and students can get extra help from our Tutorial Service

 

We encourage students to recognize differing perspectives and to develop their own viewpoints regarding unfamiliar theories and ideas. Creating an environment where learning, knowledge and understanding are fostered is imperative to ensuring a great academic environment for all students whether they are beginning or advancing their studies. In this environment, students are motivated to initiate discussion in order to allow for academic creativity and freedom.
 

Queen's College follows a course of study leading to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) as set out by the Ontario Ministry of Education Guidelines. We also offer College Board's Advanced Placement Program. In addition to University track courses, Queen's offers SAT, TOEFL and ACT University Preparatory courses and services. These are highly recommended for students considering applying to universities and colleges in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
